BOOKING CONDITIONS
Clients need to be at least 18 years old to book a reservation.
PAYMENT
Room Full payment 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Only the credit card used to book the room can be used to pay the reservation.
Cabin. 50% at the time of booking, 50% 30 days prior to the date of arrival.


CANCELATION POLICY
Room. Free cancellation before 12 p.m. up to 72 hours before the date of arrival. After this period, the accommodations fees of the first night will charged.
Cabin. Free cancellation before 12 p.m. up to 30 days before the date of arrival. After this period, the accommodations fees of the entire stay will be charged.
Group or corporate rate. Cancellation fees applicable are determined in the group agreement or the corporate agreement.

RESTAURANT
Whit or without a package, we recommended to book the restaurant in advance by calling at 1-888-337-6734 or by internet at the following address: https://widgets.libroreserve.com/WEB/QC016110729177/book

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Room. Security deposit of $100 is required prior to the date of arrival. It will be released within seven (7) days of departure, unless there are damages to the room.
Cottage. Security deposit of $500 required prior to the date of arrival. The security deposit will be released within seven (7) days of departure, unless there are damages to the cabin.

LATE ARRIVAL
Reception opening hours vary depending on the time of year. Please contact the hotel for any arrival outside opening hours.

RESTRICTIONS
Smoking. Smoking is not permitted. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged when this condition is not respected.
Bikes. All bikes must be stored in the secured area. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged when this condition is not respected.
Animals. Animals are not permitted, except for certified service animals.
Proof of certification must be sent to reservations@roquemont.com at time of booking.
Cooking appliances. No cooking appliance is permitted in the rooms.

The customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted without reservation the general conditions of sale.
